Preparation couldn't be simpler: Prepare the fruit tart base mix according to the package instructions and bake. Prepare the included pudding cream powder and spread the pudding cream over the fruit tart base, arrange your favorite fruit on top, and cover with the prepared glaze. Whether fresh, canned, or frozen fruit – every bite of our fruity fruit tart is a delight.

Baking mix for fruit cake with vanilla-flavored pudding cream and cake glaze

And it's that easy:

This package contains: 250 g baking mix for the dough, 28 g mix for the topping: vanilla-flavored pudding powder, 12 g clear cake glaze. You will also need: a springform pan (Ø 26 cm), e.g., Dr. Oetker; some fat. Just add: For the dough: 100 g soft margarine or butter, 2 eggs (size M). Topping for fruit cake: 200 ml milk, 500 g fruit, e.g., mixed berries, 2 level tablespoons (24 g) sugar, 250 ml water. 1. Prepare and make the dough: Grease the base of the springform pan. Preheat the oven. Conventional oven: approx. 170°C (340°F), Fan oven: approx. 150°C (300°F). Place the baking mix in a mixing bowl, add the margarine or butter and eggs. Mix everything with an electric mixer (beaters) briefly on the lowest speed, then on the highest speed for 3 minutes until a smooth dough forms. 2. Bake: Pour the dough into the pan and spread it evenly. Place the tin on the oven rack. Position: lower third. Baking time: approximately 35 minutes. Let the cake base cool in the tin on a wire rack. Then remove the cake base from the tin and place it on a cake plate. Place the cleaned springform pan rim or cake ring around it. 3. Prepare the topping. For the pudding cream, pour the milk into a mixing bowl. Add the topping mix and whisk for 1 minute. Spread the pudding cream over the cake base. Clean the fruit, wash if necessary, and chop any larger pieces into smaller pieces. Arrange the prepared fruit decoratively on top of the pudding cream. Mix the glaze with the sugar in a small saucepan and gradually stir in cold water with a wooden spoon until smooth. Bring the mixture to a boil, stirring constantly, and then bring it back to a boil briefly. Immediately coat the fruit with the glaze and let it set.
