Preparation:
And here's how easy it is: 1) Brown 400g of sliced meat (veal, pork, or poultry) in 2 tablespoons of hot oil over high heat. Remove it from the pan and keep it warm. 2) Slice 400g of mushrooms (or drain canned mushrooms) and briefly sauté them in the pan drippings. 3) Pour in 300ml of cold water and stir in the seasoning mix. Bring the sauce to a boil, stirring constantly, and simmer for 1 minute. Heat the sliced meat through in the sauce. Sprinkle the meat with chopped herbs. It's perfect served with rösti or noodles.
