400 g / 14.1 oz lean minced meat 1) Stir bag contents into 100 ml / 3.38 fl.oz. cold water and let stand for 3 minutes. Add minced meat and mix well. 2) Form meatballs or meatloaf. 3) Fry meatballs in 2 tablespoons hot oil for about 5 minutes on both sides. Cook meatloaf in preheated oven at 175°C for 45-50 minutes. We recommend serving with mashed potatoes and parsnips and mixed vegetables.
