RUF Protein Pancakes Black Cookie – fluffy, delicious and with lots of protein The RUF Protein Pancakes Black Cookie not only taste temptingly delicious, but their high protein content also specifically replenishes empty energy stores in the body. Each pancake portion contains an incredible 21 g of protein. Dark cookie pieces give the fluffy pancakes a crispy crunch. The golden brown pancakes are prepared in no time with a little milk. Simply spoon the batter into a hot pan and bake the pancakes briefly at medium heat. There is no better way to start the day!

150 ml milk (1.5% fat)
Some (approx. 15 g) margarine for the pan

preparation

Put the pancake mixture with 150 ml milk in a mixing bowl and stir well with a whisk. Let the dough rest for 5-10 minutes. Heat some margarine in a coated pan and slowly portion the pancake dough into the pan with a tablespoon. Bake the pancakes on both sides over medium heat until golden brown.
