The pancakes are also very easy to prepare, because you only need to add a little milk to the baking mix. The breakfast fun with a high protein content can begin. Simply bake the batter in a pan to make small, fluffy pancakes. Mmm, incredibly delicious and the pancakes provide plenty of energy for a successful start to the day!

150 ml milk (1.5% fat)
Some (approx. 15 g) margarine for the pan

preparation

Put the pancake mixture with 150 ml milk in a mixing bowl and stir well with a whisk. Let the dough rest for 5-10 minutes. Heat some margarine in a coated pan and slowly portion the pancake dough into the pan with a tablespoon. Bake the pancakes on both sides over medium heat until golden brown.
