And it’s that easy:

Just add: 125 ml cooking oil, e.g. rapeseed oil 125 ml milk 3 eggs (size M) about 2 tbsp lukewarm water You will also need: Springform pan (Ø 26 cm), e.g. Dr. Oetker some fat 1. Prepare and prepare the dough Grease the base of the springform pan. Preheat the oven. Top/bottom heat: about 180°C Hot air: about 160°C Put the baking mix for the dough in a mixing bowl. Add the oil, milk and eggs. Mix everything with a mixer (beaters) on the highest setting for about 1 minute until you have a smooth dough. 2. Color the dough and bake Put a quarter of the dough (about 200 g) in a second bowl and mix with the pink color mixture using the mixer (beaters). Color another quarter (about 200 g) of the dough green in a third bowl with the color mixture. Do not color the remaining dough (about 400 g). First put 2 tablespoons of the light dough in the middle of the springform pan. Directly on top of each one put 2 tablespoons of pink dough, then 2 tablespoons of light dough again, then 2 tablespoons of green dough, continuing to alternate until all 3 doughs have been used up. Note: Always put the dough in the middle of the pan, do not spread it, the dough will spread on its own. Put the pan on the rack in the oven. Position: bottom third Baking time: around 30 minutes Place the cake on a cake rack and leave to cool. Remove the cake from the springform pan and place on a cake plate. 3 Glaze Put the glaze mixture in a small bowl. Add enough lukewarm water and stir until a thick glaze forms. Spread the glaze on the cake using a table knife and allow to set.
