Preparation:
Add fresh: 3 pork, turkey or veal cutlets (à 150 g / 5.29 oz) and 250 g / 8.81 oz mushrooms (fresh or canned) Preparation: 1) Fry cutlets in 2 tbsp hot oil, remove and keep warm. 2) Clean the mushrooms, slice (or drain) and fry briefly in the frying fat. 3) Pour 250 ml / 8.45 fl.oz. cold water and stir in bag contents. Bring to a boil while stirring and boil for 1 minute. Add cutlets and let them get hot in the sauce. We recommend serving with spaetzle and mixed vegetables.
