Preparation is extremely simple: the powder is simply mixed with hot water and the cream is ready. Packed in a handy folding box, the RUF Fluffy Marshmallow Cream is always ready to deliver a fluffy, sweet taste experience.

Preparation:

Add: 80 ml boiling water
Rinse a tall mixing bowl with hot water to make sure it is free of grease. Pour the boiling water into the rinsed mixing bowl, add the contents of the bag immediately and mix briefly with an electric hand mixer (whisk) on the lowest setting. Then beat on the highest setting with a lot of stirring for about 3 minutes until stiff. The cream should only be piped on shortly before serving and consumed as fresh as possible.
The cream is enough for 12 cup cakes and can also be used as a filling for whoopies, waffles, cups or as a spread on bread.
