RUF liquid rye sourdough – ready-to-use professional ingredient for delicious sourdough bread. Healthy and tasty: RUF liquid sourdough makes it easy to make a delicious sourdough bread with a high rye and whole grain content. The ready-to-use sourdough extract achieves the typical aromatic sourdough taste and is easy to dose. A 70 g bag is suitable for baking a rye bread made from 500 g flour with a high rye content. If the bread should have a lower rye content, half a bag is enough. The smell of baking bread alone makes the mouths of young and old water! Mmm!

Preparation:

For a bread with a high rye or whole grain content (more than 50%), use one bag of RUF liquid sourdough for 500 g of flour. For a low rye or whole grain content (50% or less), one bag of RUF liquid sourdough is sufficient for 1000 g of flour. Recipe suggestion on the back of the package.
