Add fresh: 500 g / 17.6 oz beef, venison or lamb (e.g. from the leg) Preparation: 1) Brown meat in 1 tbsp oil all around. 2) Add 500 ml / 16.9 fl.oz. Pour in water, bring to a boil and stir in bag contents. 3) Cover and simmer over low heat for about 1 ½ hours. Turn meat halfway through cooking time. If necessary, add a little water. We recommend serving with bread dumplings and savoy cabbage.
