You add fresh:
350g / 12 oz schnitzel from veal, pork or turkey, 250g / 8.81oz mushrooms (fresh or canned), 100ml / 3.5 fl.oz cooking cream and 50g / 1.76oz grated cheese
Preparation:
Cut the schnitzel into strips, clean the mushrooms and cut into slices. Spread everything in a flat baking dish. Stir the contents of the bag into 150 ml of cold water and cream. Pour the sauce evenly over the meat and mushrooms. Sprinkle with cheese. Bake in a preheated oven at 200 C (convection 175 C) for about 30 minutes..
