Pork tenderloin is the noblest cut of pork. It is very lean and tender. Juicy medallions can be cut from the pork tenderloin for a delicious pan-fried dish. The creamy mushroom sauce, which is easily prepared with Maggi Fix für Rustikales Filet-Pfännchen, is the ideal accompaniment.

Youwill need:
600g pork tenderloin, 200g mushrooms, 6 slices of bacon, 2 onions, 100ml whipped cream

- Quick and easy to prepare

It's as simple as this:
Halve the peeled onions and cut into slices. Clean mushrooms and cut into quarters. Cut pork tenderloin into 6 medallions and wrap each with a slice of breakfast bacon. Fry in hot oil and remove. Sauté onions and mushrooms in the drippings. Add 300ml water and 100ml cream, stir in bag contents and bring to a boil. Add medallions and cook covered on low heat for about 15 minutes until medallions are cooked. Already done!
