To make these fruity and delicious apple crumble slices, all you need is 450g / 15.8 oz apples, 100g / 3.5 oz soft butter or whipping cream, 75ml / 2.5 fl.oz milk and 2 eggs - and you only need 30 minutes baking time. With a delicious combination of fluffy sponge, fresh apples, crispy crumbles and a subtle cinnamon-sugar note, the Apple Streusel Slice makes for a temptingly fruity treat for many occasions!

This is what the package contains: 225 g mixture for the base 100 g mixture for the crumble 30 g coarse decorating sugar with cinnamon 1 baking dish And you add: 100 g soft butter or margarine 450 g apples, e.g. Elstar 2 eggs (size M) 75 ml milk 1 Prepare Set up the baking dish according to the instructions (on the baking dish). Preheat the oven. Top/bottom heat: about 180°C Hot air: about 160°C 2 Prepare topping Put mixture for the crumble in a mixing bowl. Add 50 g butter or margarine. Mix everything with a mixer (stirring sticks) on lowest speed to make crumbles. Peel apples and cut into rough cubes. 3 Prepare dough Put mixture for the base in a mixing bowl. Add 50 g butter or margarine, eggs and milk and mix briefly with mixer (paddles) until smooth. Pour batter into the pan and smooth it out. Spread apples on top and sprinkle with coarse decorating sugar with cinnamon. Then sprinkle sprinkles on top. Put the baking pan on the rack in the oven. Baking time: about 30 minutes. Let the cake cool in the pan on a cooling rack. Open the sides of the pan and cut into 8 pieces.
