And this is how easy it is:
Cream powder for Duo Mousse chocolate and marzipan flavor for 200 ml milk and 100 g whipped cream (for 4 servings) 1. Rinse out mixing bowl with hot water. Pour cold milk and cream into the mixing cup. 2. add cream powder Duo Mousse and mix briefly with a mixer (stirring sticks) on lowest speed. Then whip on highest speed for 3 minutes. Pour half of the cream into glasses. 3. 3. add mixture with cocoa to remaining cream and mix with mixer. Spread chocolate cream on top of light cream and refrigerate for at least 1 hr. Sprinkle with chocolate stars before serving.
