The duo glaze lets the popular flavors of cinnamon and cocoa play together perfectly. Thanks to the special two-chamber system, both icings can be poured out of the bag onto the pastry at the same time, creating a beautiful zebra look.
Preparation:
Here's how it's done: 1. Bring water to a boil in a saucepan and remove from the stove. Put the icing bag in and let it sit for about 10 minutes. 2. Dry the bag, knead vigorously and cut open. Let the glaze flow onto the cooled pastry. Do not spread with a knife, otherwise the "duo effect" will disappear. Note: - If there is some glaze left in the bag, let the rest cool down and use up within a short time. - When heating, no water should get into the glaze. Not suitable for the microwave.
