Preparation:
And here's how easy it is: 1) Dice 1 bell pepper (200g) and slice 2 spring onions into rings. Cut 200g salmon fillet into 2cm cubes. 2) Sauté the bell pepper in a pan with 1 tbsp hot oil for 2 minutes. Add 250ml cold water and 100ml heavy cream or vegetable cooking cream. Stir in the seasoning mix and bring the sauce to a boil. 3) Add 250g chilled tortelloni (e.g., spinach and ricotta). Cover and simmer for 5 minutes. Add the salmon and simmer for another 5 minutes. Stir in the spring onions before serving.
