The practical mixture is simply supplemented with eggs and oil and after a short baking time, super airy muffins with a juicy bite are created, which you just have to decorate with the included sugar icing and the colorful confetti sprinkles.

This is what the package contains: 280 g baking mix for the dough 50 g icing mix 30 g confetti 12 paper baking cups Just add: 125 ml cooking oil, e.g. B. Rapeseed oil 125 ml milk or water 1 egg (size M) about 2 teaspoons hot water You will also need: Baking tray 1. Prepare & prepare the dough Place 12 paper baking cups on a baking tray. Preheat oven. Top/bottom heat: around 180°C Place the baking mixture for the dough in a mixing bowl. Add oil, 125 ml milk or water and egg. Put the baking tray with the molds in the oven. Shelf: lower third Baking time: 20-25 minutes. Remove the muffins from the tray and let them cool in the tins on a cake rack. 3 Glazing & Decorating Place the glaze mixture in a small bowl. Add enough hot water and stir until a thick glaze forms. Sprinkle the icing onto the muffins using a teaspoon. Immediately sprinkle on the remaining confetti and let the icing set.
