Cheese and cream cake is one of the real classics. With Dr. Oetker Cream Cheese Cake Cream, you can now make this classic particularly easily. The cake cream is made with cream, quark (where there is no quark, such as in the USA, you can also use sour cream) and water. In addition to the traditional preparation, it can also be varied by adding different types of fruit.

Preparation:
Just add: 500 g cold whipping cream, 200 ml warm water, 500 g quark (low-fat) PREPARATION: 1. whip the cream until stiff. 2. place the cream powder in a mixing bowl, add the warm water and mix well with a whisk. Stir in the quark in batches, then fold in the cream. Process the cheese and cream mixture according to the recipe and sprinkle the cookies with decorative sugar.
