Marble cake - an exquisite composition of light and dark batter. The RUF marble cake never goes out of fashion. The combination of a juicy consistency, appealing marbling and delicious chocolate taste has had a loyal fan base for decades. An uncomplicated loaf cake that can be prepared in no time at all and refined as desired. All you need to prepare the dough is butter, eggs and milk.
And it's that easy:

3 eggs (size M)
60 ml (approx. 6 tablespoons) milk (1.5% fat)
and 10 ml (approx. 1 tablespoon) milk (1.5% fat) for the dark dough
some wheat flour for the mold
preparation
Put the baking mix, soft margarine or butter, eggs and milk in a mixing bowl and mix briefly with the electric hand mixer (whisk) on the lowest setting, then mix on the highest setting for about 3 minutes until creamy. Baking:
Grease and flour a loaf pan (approx. 25 cm) and put 2/3 of the dough into it. Stir the cocoa mixture and 2 tablespoons of milk into the remaining dough. Spread the dark dough on top of the light dough. Use a fork to pull the dough through both layers in a spiral shape to create a marbled structure. Bake the cake in the preheated oven on the middle rack. After about 15 minutes of baking, cut the cake lengthwise in the middle about 1 cm deep. Before removing, check whether the cake is done with a wooden skewer. Cooling:
After baking, remove the cake from the tin and place it on a wire rack to cool.
