125 ml cooking oil

prepare the dough
Put the baking mix, eggs, water and cooking oil in a mixing bowl, stir with a whisk for 1 minute until smooth and then leave to stand for 5 minutes. Bake
Place 12 muffin tins on a baking tray. Using 2 tablespoons, distribute the batter evenly into the tins. Bake the muffins on the middle rack in the preheated oven. Before removing, check whether the muffins are cooked using a wooden skewer. Allow to cool and glaze
After baking, place the muffins on a wire rack to cool. Place the icing bag in boiling hot water and leave to soak for 10-15 minutes. Cut open the icing bag and decorate the cooled muffins with the liquid icing.
