Cream dessert powder for a yogurt dessert with apricot-passion fruit flavor
And it's that easy:
For 200 ml water and 150 g yogurt (3.5% fat) (enough for 4 servings): 1. Pour cold water into a grease-free mixing bowl. 2. Add the powder and briefly mix on the lowest setting with an electric mixer (using grease-free beaters). Then whisk on the highest setting for 3 minutes until frothy. 3. Stir in the yogurt with the mixer on the highest setting. Pour the Aranca into glasses or a bowl and refrigerate for at least 1 1/2 hours.
