To prepare this delicious cheesecake you only need 500g / 17.6 oz quark (we used sour cream in the USA, it works and tastes good) and 300g / 10.6 oz yogurt, 250g / 8.8 oz soft butter or margarine, 4 eggs and some fat and Bake wheat flour and the delicious, traditional cheesecake is ready.
It's that easy:
You need: Springform pan (Ø 26 cm), e.g. B. Dr. Oetker a little fat a little wheat flour And you add: 250 g soft butter (or 100 g margarine and 150 g butter) 4 eggs (size M) 500 g quark (low-fat level) 300 g yoghurt 1 Prepare and prepare the dough Preheat the oven. Top / bottom heat: about 180C hot air: about 160C grease springform pan. Put the baking mixture for the batter in a mixing bowl, add 100 g butter or margarine and 1 egg. Process everything with a mixer (stirring rods) on the lowest setting to crumble. Spread 2/3 of the crumble on the bottom of the springform pan using a tablespoon and press down to form a bottom. Knead the remaining crumble into a smooth dough and form a roll on a lightly floured work surface. Place the rolling pin on the dough base as the edge and press it against the mold so that a 2 cm high edge is created. 2 toppings Melt 150 g butter. Pour the mixture into a mixing bowl for the topping. Add 3 eggs, quark and yogurt. Mix everything with the mixer (stirring rods) on the lowest setting to a smooth mass. Stir in melted butter on the lowest setting. Pour the mixture into the mold and smooth it out. Put the 3 baking tin on the wire rack in the oven. Insert: lower third Baking time: approx. 55 min. Let the cake cool in the tin on a wire rack. Only then remove the cake from the mold with the help of a knife.n.
