Preparation:
1) Coarsely grate 500 g of zucchini. Squeeze it well with your hand. In a bowl, mix the zucchini with 1 egg and 2 tbsp (20 g) of grated cheese. Sprinkle the contents of the bag over it and stir it in briefly. 2) Let the mixture swell for 5 minutes. Form 6 equally sized rösti. 3) Pan: Fry the rösti in a pan with 2 tbsp of hot oil for approx. 4 minutes on each side until golden brown. OR Hot air fryer: Moisten the rösti with 1 tsp of oil each and bake at 200°C for approx. 8 minutes. A sour cream dip with herbs goes well with this.
