250g chicken or turkey, 1 red bell bell pepper, 100ml whipping cream, 1 tsp oil

Simply dice the bell bell pepper and fry in hot oil. Add the sliced chicken and fry. Deglaze with 250ml water and add 100ml cream, stir in the contents of the bag and bring to the boil. Cook for about 5 minutes on low heat, stirring occasionally. Especially delicious with rice.
