The fruity, fine aroma and the particularly creamy consistency make it a much sought-after treat for the soul in any season, as the pudding tastes just as good cold as it does warm. Combined with freshly whipped cream, chilled berries or as a base for a strawberry cheesecake, it's simply a hit!

You also need:
500 ml (1/2 l) milk
40 g sugar

preparation

Take about 6 tablespoons of 500 ml (1/2 l) of milk and mix with the pudding powder and about 2 heaped tablespoons (40 g) of sugar. Bring the remaining milk to the boil. Remove the milk from the heat, add the mixed powder and bring to the boil again, stirring constantly. Pour the pudding into dessert glasses or a glass bowl and chill. To turn out: Pour the pudding into a cold rinsed mold, chill and turn out once it has cooled completely.
