Less effort, more enjoyment: the delicious RUF red berry compote with raspberry flavour, garnished with fresh fruit, immediately attracts everyone's attention. Compote is a traditional North German dessert that still has many fans. The raspberry treat tastes particularly good with homemade vanilla sauce or pudding and makes the eyes of all guests light up. The contents of the bag are simply stirred into 500 ml of boiling water and the ready-to-serve compote is then placed in the fridge.

You still need:
500 ml (1/2 l) water
75 g (6 tablespoons) sugar -
Preparation:
Take about 6 tablespoons of 500 ml (1/2 l) of water and mix it with the dessert powder and sugar. Bring the remaining water to the boil in a saucepan. Remove the water from the heat, add the mixed powder and bring to the boil again, stirring constantly. Pour the red fruit jelly into a glass bowl and allow to cool.
