Preparation:
And here's how easy it is: 1) Peel 400g potatoes and slice them thinly. Slice 150g washed leeks into rings. 2) Brown 250g lean minced meat in a pan with 1 tbsp hot oil. Add the potatoes and leeks. Sauté briefly. Pour in 400ml milk (1.5% fat), stir in the seasoning mix, and bring to a boil, stirring constantly. 3) Transfer the mixture to a casserole dish. Sprinkle the gratin with 100g grated cheese (16% fat). Bake in a preheated oven at 200°C (175°C fan-assisted) for 30-35 minutes, until the potatoes are tender and the cheese is golden brown.
