Preparation:
And here's how easy it is: 1) Thaw 150g of frozen shrimp. Cook 200g of spaghetti and drain. 2) Halve 100g of cherry tomatoes. Slice 4 spring onions into rings. 3) Fry the shrimp for 3 minutes in a pan with 2 tablespoons of hot olive oil. Add the cherry tomatoes and fry for another 2 minutes. Pour in 250ml of cold water and stir in the seasoning mix. Bring the sauce to a boil and let it simmer for 4 minutes. Mix the sauce, spring onions, and pasta in the pan and serve.
