It's that easy:
Put the desired number of dumplings in the boiling bag in a saucepan with cold, salted water and leave to soak for 10 minutes. Bring the dumplings to the boil briefly and then let them steep for another 10 minutes over low heat. Now remove the dumplings and hold them briefly under cold water. Then carefully tear open the cooking bags, serve the dumplings and enjoy. Good Appetite!
