Dr. Oetker Backfeste Pudding Cream is whipped with 250 ml milk for only 1 minute and can be used immediately. It tastes particularly delicious under fruit on shortcrust pastry tartlets or as a delicious filling in butter cake.
Here's how easy it is:
1. Pour 250 ml / 8.45 fl.oz. Pour milk into a mixing bowl. Add cream powder and mix with a whisk for 1 min. 2. process cream immediately, e.g. as topping for fruit base or as filling for bee sting.
