This is what the package contains: 450 g baking mix 10 g mix with cinnamon 150 g glaze mix You will need: Gugelhupfform (Ø 22 cm), e.g. Dr. Oetker some fat And you add: 175 g soft margarine or butter 3 eggs (size M) 125 ml milk about 3 tablespoons hot water 1 Prepare and batter Grease Gugelhupfform. Preheat the oven. Top/bottom heat: about 170°C Hot air: about 150°C Put the baking mixture into a mixing bowl, add margarine or butter, eggs and milk. Mix everything with a mixer (paddles) briefly on lowest, then on highest speed for about 3 minutes until smooth. 2 Bake, pour 2/3 of the dough into the pan and smooth it out. Mix the remaining dough with the mixture with cinnamon. Spread dark batter on top of light batter and pull through both layers of batter with a fork. Place the pan on the rack in the oven. Rack: bottom Baking time: about 55 min. 3 Turn cake out and glaze Let cake stand in pan for 10 min. first, then turn out of pan onto a cooling rack and let cool. Mix glaze mixture with about 3 tablespoons hot water. Spread glaze with a tablespoon on top of the Gugelhupf.
