Löwensenf Extra has been synonymous with hot mustard since 1920. It is made from just four natural ingredients: mustard seeds, brandy vinegar, drinking water and salt. The extra's special spiciness comes exclusively from the brown mustard seeds and their processing according to the traditional Dijon method - without any other additives. So it's no wonder that our extra is the undisputed market leader in the "hot" category. It is even popular far beyond Germany's borders. The very brave enjoy the red extra pure as a dip with sausage or steak, while others prefer the extra kick when cooking.
