This hearty, clear spring soup with carrots, peas, leek, celery and vermicelli is prepared in no time at all and is not only tasty for the whole family during the cold season.
Contents are sufficient for 1000 ml / 35 fl.oz (4 plates)
Preparation:
Stir the contents of the bag into 1 liter of boiling water with a wooden spoon. Cook on medium heat for 8 minutes, stirring occasionally.
