125 g soft butter
1 egg (size M)
some starch for rolling out

prepare the dough
Put the baking mix, egg and soft butter in a mixing bowl and use the hand mixer (dough hook) to work into coarse crumbles on a medium setting. Knead the crumbles with starch-dusted hands to form a smooth dough. Halve the dough and place in the fridge for about 45 minutes. Bake
Take some of the dough out of the fridge and roll it out thinly on a work surface dusted with starch. Use cookie cutters to cut out cookies and place them on a baking tray lined with baking paper. Bake the cookies in the preheated oven on the middle rack. Do the same with the rest of the dough. The baking time may vary depending on the size and thickness of the cookies. Place the icing bag in boiling water and let it steep for 10-15 minutes.
