And it's that easy:
This package contains: 235 g baking mix for the dough, 55 g mix for the topping, 45 g mix for the sauce. You will also need: a springform pan (Ø 26 cm), e.g., Dr. Oetker; some fat. Just add: 100 g soft margarine or butter, 2 eggs (size M), 500 g strawberries, 400 g cold whipping cream, 300 g yogurt, 125 ml water. 1. Prepare and bake the dough. Grease the base of the springform pan. Preheat the oven. Conventional oven: approx. 180°C; Fan oven: approx. 160°C. Place the baking mix for the dough into a mixing bowl, add the margarine or butter and eggs. Briefly mix everything with an electric mixer (beaters) on the lowest speed, then on the highest speed for 3 minutes until a smooth dough forms. Spread the dough evenly in the springform pan. Place the pan on the oven rack. Position: lower third. Baking time: 25-30 minutes. Loosen and remove the springform pan rim. 1. Loosen the cake from the springform pan base, but leave it on a wire rack to cool. 2. Prepare the topping: Gently wash, hull, and halve the strawberries. Finely dice 100g and set aside. Place the cake base on a cake plate. Replace the cleaned springform ring around the base. Arrange the strawberry halves, cut-side out, close together around the edge of the springform pan. Distribute the remaining strawberry halves over the base. Pour the cream and yogurt into a mixing bowl, add the topping mix, and whip with an electric mixer (using the beaters) for at least 2 minutes until stiff peaks form. Spread the cream over the base and smooth the surface. 3. Prepare the sauce: Place the diced strawberries and water in a mixing bowl. Add the sauce mix and whisk for about 1 minute. Pour the sauce over the cream. Refrigerate the cake for at least 2 hours. Before serving, carefully loosen and remove the springform ring.
