The baking mix contains everything except fresh ingredients to bake this extraordinary cake in no time.The combination of sponge cake and vanilla-flavored cream, refined with fresh strawberries, decorated with strawberry sauce and white shaved chocolate captivates all tastes. But also the appearance, which reminds of delicious spaghetti ice cream, makes the cake a highlight.

Whether for a birthday cake or as a surprise in between - the spaghetti cake is something very special.

The baking mix for the cake is easy to prepare, so even inexperienced bakers can conjure up a delicious cake that will delight everyone.

And here's how easy it is:
This is what the package contains: 235 g baking mix for the dough 60 g mix for the topping 30 g mix for the sauce 10 g white grated chocolate You will also need: Springform pan (Ø 26 cm), e.g. Dr. Oetker some grease Freezer bag without a stand-up bottom or disposable piping bag Just add: 100 g soft margarine or butter 2 eggs (size M) 25 ml (2 tablespoons) milk 500 g strawberries 400 g cold whipping cream 75 ml warm water 1 Prepare and make the dough Grease the springform pan bottom. Preheat oven. Top/bottom heat: about 180°C Hot air: about 160°C Put the baking mixture for the dough into a mixing bowl, add margarine or butter, eggs and milk. Mix everything with a mixer (beaters) briefly on lowest speed, then on highest speed for 3 minutes to a smooth dough. Spread batter in springform pan until smooth. 2 Prepare baking and topping Place pan on rack in oven. Baking time: about 30 minutes Loosen springform pan rim. Remove cake from springform pan, but let it cool on a cooling rack. Wash and clean strawberries, cut in half and quarter large fruits, set aside 100 g. Whip cream until stiff. Put mixture for the topping in a mixing bowl. Add water and whisk until smooth. Fold in cream in 2 portions. Pour about 1/3 of the cream into a freezer bag. Fold strawberry pieces into remaining cream and spread in a dome shape all the way to the bottom. Cut off a small corner of the freezer bag and decorate the cake with the cream as spaghettis. 3. prepare sauce mash 100 g of strawberries with the mixture for the sauce on a deep plate with a fork and mix. Pour sauce over spaghetti cream and sprinkle shaved chocolate. Refrigerate the cake for at least 2 hours.
