If you like fish combined with simple pasta dishes, you will love pasta with salmon! The delicious dish ribbon noodles with salmon can be prepared quickly and easily at any time with our Fix with natural ingredients*. Salmon fillet with ribbon noodles, refined with lemon and parsley - a real treat!
For this you need:
250g fresh or defrosted salmon fillet
- 150g ribbon noodles
- 100ml cream with 15% fat (alternatively whipped cream)
- 2 spring onions
- 1TL oil
It's as simple as this:
Cut salmon into pieces, spring onions into rings and fry both in hot oil. Remove and keep warm. Pour 700ml water into the pan. Stir in bag contents and bring to a boil. Break through uncooked ribbon noodles, add and cook covered over medium heat for 8-10 minutes until noodles are cooked. Stir occasionally. Pour in 100ml of cream. Cook salmon and scallions in it until hot, about 2 minutes.
Enjoy a crisp side salad with it.
