If you fancy vegetables in a creamy sauce topped with cheese, then this seasoning mix from Maggi is just the thing, because this broccoli gratin, straight from the oven, always works and tastes great with pasta or potatoes.
You will need:
300g / 10.58 broccoli (fresh or defrosted), 50ml whipping cream, 50g / 1.76 oz grated cheese

Quick and easy to prepare
How easy it is:
Simply place the broccoli in a casserole dish. Boil the fresh broccoli for approx. 5 minutes beforehand. Stir the contents of the bag into 200 ml water and 50 ml cream and bring to the boil. Pour the sauce over the broccoli, sprinkle with cheese and bake in a preheated oven at 200°C for approx. 20 minutes. It tastes best with potatoes or pasta.
