180 ml milk (1.5% fat)

some butter or oil

1.Prepare the dough
Pour contents of bag into bowl with milk and eggs.
Mix well with a whisk.
Let the dough rest for five minutes.
2. Prepare the pan and bake
Heat some butter or oil in a non-stick pan.
Stir the dough again.
Pour the batter into the pan, the size of a palm.
Bake at medium heat until golden brown on both sides
