OH MY CHOC! Chocolate Pudding

Ingredients:

Ingredients: 25% ground chocolate (sugar, cocoa mass, low-fat cocoa powder, natural vanilla flavour), 21% WHOLE MILK CHOCOLATE (sugar, WHOLE MILK POWDER, cocoa mass, cocoa butter, SWEET WHEY POWDER, emulsifier (lecithins)), maltodextrin, modified starch, sugar, 5.5% low-fat cocoa powder. May contain: SOY, HAZELNUTS.

Preparation:

100 g cream powder for 300 ml milk (for 2 portions) 1) Bring the milk to a boil. 2) Remove the pan from the heat. Add the powder while stirring with a whisk and continue stirring vigorously for 1 minute. 3) Leave the cream pudding to stand for 3 minutes, then stir vigorously again. Serve the pudding warm or pour it into glasses or bowls and allow to cool.

Ingredients: sugar, 14% chocolate powder (41% cocoa powder, sugar, dextrose), modified starch, 9.9% low-fat cocoa powder, glucose syrup, 7.1% white chocolate shavings (sugar, cocoa butter, WHOLE MILK POWDER, emulsifier (lecithins)), 7.1% semi-sweet chocolate shavings (cocoa mass, sugar, low-fat cocoa, cocoa butter, emulsifier (lecithins)), vegetable oils (palm kernel, palm), emulsifiers (E 472a, E 471), gelling agent (carrageenan), MILK PROTEIN.
