Our Birthday Cake Cream impresses with its typical vanilla-caramel flavor, while the colorful decoration mix ensures a visual highlight and party fun for young and old. For the cream:
150 ml cold milk (1.5% fat)
200 g cream

Put the cold milk and cream in a high mixing bowl. Add the contents of the bag and mix briefly with an electric hand mixer (whisk) on the lowest setting, then beat on the highest setting for about 2 minutes. Then fold in the crumbles.
Tip: For decorating cupcakes or cakes: Before folding in the sprinkles, take about 1 tablespoon of it and fold in the remaining sprinkles. Then arrange the cream on the pastry (e.g. using a piping bag) and decorate with the remaining sprinkles.
