Cake Dreams Chocolate - worth every sin Everyone loves moist chocolate cake: guests of all ages are immediately fascinated by the excellent taste of the RUF Cake Dreams Chocolate baking mix. Ideal as a baking treat at coffee time, as a base for a fluffy Sacher Torte or as a snack in between meals. All you need to prepare the cake batter is eggs and cream. The fine decorative sugar included in the pack gives the fragrant chocolate cake dream a classy finish.

Line a springform pan (Ø 26 cm) with baking paper and grease the edge. Put the baking mix, eggs and liquid cream in a mixing bowl and mix briefly with an electric hand mixer (whisk), first on the lowest setting, then on the highest setting for about 3 minutes until creamy. Bake
Pour the dough into the prepared springform pan and smooth it out. Sift half of the icing sugar onto the dough. Bake the dough in the lower third of the preheated oven. Allow to cool and decorate
After baking, carefully loosen the edge of the springform pan with a knife and place the cake on a wire rack to cool. Turn the cooled cake out onto a plate and carefully remove the baking paper from the base. Place a cake plate on top of the cake and turn it back over. Garnish with the remaining icing sugar before serving.
