Favorite bread carrot and nut - the gluten-free brain food bread without added yeast With the RUF favorite bread carrot and nut, deliciously fragrant, gluten-free bread is on the table in no time. Preparation takes very little time: 500 ml of hot water is added to the bread mix with wholegrain oat flakes, carrot and hazelnut - the addition of flour and yeast is deliberately avoided. The fiber-rich bread does not necessarily have to be baked in a tin. The dough can easily be spread on a baking tray and cut into bars, for example - the baking time is then reduced to 30 minutes. With this favorite bread, everyone will reach for it with an appetite!

1. Stir the baking mix and boiling water thoroughly
2. Let the dough rest for 5 minutes and preheat the oven
3. Grease a loaf pan (approx. 25 cm). Put the dough in and press firmly (best with a damp dough scraper or damp hands)
4. Bake bread on the middle rack
After baking, remove the bread directly from the tin and let it cool on a wire rack.
Store the bread in the fridge and eat it as soon as possible. Sliced, it is perfect for freezing.
