With just a few ingredients, three eggs and cream, the nut cake is child's play to prepare. A simple and delicious cake dream with icing - that simply suits every occasion!

For the dough:
150 g soft margarine or butter
3 eggs (size M)
100 ml milk (1.5% fat)
some wheat flour for the mold

For the glaze:
20 ml (approx. 2 tablespoons) lukewarm water

preparation

prepare the dough
Put the baking mix, soft margarine or butter, eggs and milk in a mixing bowl and mix briefly with the electric hand mixer (whisk) on the lowest setting, then mix on the highest setting for about 3 minutes until creamy. Bake
Grease and flour a loaf pan (25 cm), put the dough in it and smooth it out. Bake the cake in the preheated oven on the middle shelf. After about 15 minutes of baking, cut the cake lengthwise in the middle about 1 cm deep. Before removing it from the oven, check whether the cake is cooked with a wooden skewer. Allow to cool and glaze
After baking, remove the cake from the tin and place it on a wire rack to cool. Mix the glaze mixture with lukewarm water until smooth and spread it on the cake with a knife.
