Schokoletto - a great baking idea for every day With the RUF Schokoletto baking mix, beginners and professionals alike can prepare extra moist cakes in no time at all. Simply mix eggs, milk, margarine or butter for the dough, pour into a tin and bake in the oven for around 60 minutes. Put the glaze in hot water and spread over the cooled cake. Then decorate with cheerful, colorful decorations and serve. Every guest orders a second piece straight away!

150 g soft margarine or butter
3 eggs (size M)
60 ml (approx. 5 tablespoons) milk (1.5% fat)
some wheat flour for the mold

Prepare the dough:
Put the baking mix, soft margarine or butter, eggs and milk in a mixing bowl and mix with the electric hand mixer (whisk) first briefly on the lowest setting, then mix on the highest setting for about 3 minutes until creamy. Add the chocolate flakes and stir in. Baking:
Grease and flour a loaf pan (25 cm), put the dough in it and smooth it out. Bake the cake in the preheated oven on the middle shelf. After about 15 minutes of baking, cut the cake lengthwise in the middle about 1 cm deep. Before removing it from the oven, check whether the cake is cooked with a wooden skewer. Cooling and glazing:
After baking, remove the cake from the tin and place it on a wire rack to cool. Place the icing bag in boiling hot water and leave to soak for 10-15 minutes. Cut open the aluminum bag and spread the liquid icing onto the cooled cake with a knife.
