Complaints:

Dear customers, we make every effort to package each order very carefully and securely to ensure that your shipment and the products it contains arrive safely and in good condition.

However, damage may unfortunately occur during shipping, over which we have no control.

We therefore ask you to take photos of your package from all sides upon arrival (even if the shipment initially appears undamaged), as well as the contents when unpacking, as we absolutely need these photos in order to be able to report any damage to our insurance company.

Please be sure to include photos of all sides of the shipping box and any damaged products with any complaint.

Complaints without photos will not be processed or answered!
