Preparation:
Add fresh: 600 g / 21.1 oz potatoes, 3 tbsp cooking cream with vegetable fats (15% fat) or cooking cream and 50 g / 1.76 oz grated cheese (16% fat), e.g. Emmentaler Preparation: 1) Peel potatoes and cut into thin slices. Stir bag contents and cooking cream into 350 ml / 11.83 fl.oz. cold water. 2) Add potato slices, bring to a boil while stirring, and cook over low heat for about 3 minutes. Stir occasionally. 3) Pour into a shallow baking dish and sprinkle with cheese. Bake in a preheated oven at 200°C (convection oven: 175°C) for 30 - 40 minutes until golden brown. We recommend this dish as a side dish or with a large portion of vegetables as a main course.
