Preparation:
And here's how easy it is: 1) Cook 200g of pasta (e.g., tagliatelle) in lightly salted water. Cut 200g of salmon into cubes (approx. 1cm). Halve 250g of cherry tomatoes. 2) Sauté the salmon in 1 tsp of hot oil for 3 minutes. Remove it from the pan. Briefly sauté the tomatoes. Add 100ml of water and 200ml of cooking cream or plant-based cooking cream. Stir in the seasoning mix. Bring the sauce to a boil and let it simmer for 3 minutes, stirring occasionally. 3) Add the salmon and cook for 3 minutes. Stir in 3 tbsp (30g) of grated cheese. Serve the salmon on top of the drained pasta.
