Mix everything with a mixer (stirrers) on the highest setting for about 2 minutes or with a whisk to form a smooth dough. Divide half of the dough evenly into the molds using 2 tablespoons. Mix the remaining dough with 1 tablespoon of milk and the mixture with cocoa and spread over the light dough. 3 Marbling and baking Use a cake fork to pull through each layer of dough to create a marble pattern. Put the baking tray with the molds in the oven. Shelf: middle Baking time: about 20 minutes. Remove the muffins from the tray and let them cool in the tins on a cake rack.
