Stir 2 tablespoons of Maggi Sauce zu Braten into 250 ml / 8.45 fl.oz of hot water or any other liquid with a whisk. Bring the dark sauce to the boil briefly. Now refine the sauce as desired with mustard, tomato paste, whipped cream or red wine. The delicious sauce for the meat dish is ready. Simply pour into a sauce pot or serve directly on the plate.
